Projects will offer traditional units with efficient layouts, “Rent-by-Bedroom” (co-living) options, and oversized amenities including co-working spaces, oversized gyms and fitness studios, communal kitchens, craft food and beverage operations, smart package lockers, dog parks, bike storage facilities, app-based keys and more.

Society Las Olas, developed by PMG, is now moving in its first residents. The 34-story apartment community on the Riverfront in Downtown Fort Lauderdale includes 639 residential units and more than 75,000 square feet of amenities. The project is the first to open under PMG’s recently unveiled Society Living brand, focused on attainably priced housing in urban cores that connects and elevates neighbors, with other locations under construction in the Downtown districts of Miami, Orlando and Phoenix.
“The recent impact of COVID-19 has underscored the importance of affordability and community engagement in the housing supply,” said Ryan Shear, Managing Partner of PMG. “With appropriate precautions, we are proud to welcome residents of Society Las Olas to a new home that fosters unity and personal growth. Our amenities and event programming will inspire meaningful connections when safe to activate, all for rents within reach.”
Rents starting in the $1,100s provide access to convenient, attainably priced studios, junior one-bedroom, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments, available furnished or unfurnished, with Rent-by-Bedroom (co-living) options for a private bedroom and bathroom in three-to-four-bedroom suites with roommates. The social community includes more than 75,000 square feet of amenity spaces that enhance daily life and will host frequent event programming within public health guidelines.
